Digital Citizenship for Teachers
Digital Citezenship for teachers can be bad or good, depending on how the teacher does their online environment. Some teachers have recently been in the news for things they have posted on facebook about their students being so so and so, basically they are not being very kind online. Teachers should be very careful for what they put online and what pictures and what kind of language they use. This can make the job for teachers harder than what it should be. Teachers should teach the students what is appropriate and what is inappropriate for online usage in the classroom. Some of the things that need to be taught is how to be safe, how to use internet sources, and other things that are interconnected.

Facebook really has become a big problem for teachers lately. They need to be careful about what they say and realize that everything they post is viewable to others. As teachers we need to be role models for our students and if we don't want our students to say mean things online, than we shouldn't either!
